You can visit our website at www.rewardsandyou.com and activate your voucher. You can also refer to the information and Terms and Condition in the voucher to understand better about the offer.

2. How do I activate the voucher?

Visit our website www.rewardsandyou.com and you will see an option to activate the voucher at "Activate Now". Click on it and key in all the required information to activate your voucher.

3. What is my username and password?

Your Username is the Voucher Number and the Password is the Activation Code. You can view it at the top right hand corner on the second last page of your voucher.

4. How do I make a booking?

You can login to our website www.rewardsandyou.com and type in your username (voucher number) and password (activation code) and you will be directed to the booking page. You can proceed to make your booking there.

2. I can't log in?

Please recheck your username (voucher number) and password (activation code) and look for possible mistyping of capital letters, alphabets and numbers [e.g. O & 0 (zero), I & 1 (one)]. Try to key in once more after you have verified your correct username and password.

4. I can't activate my voucher/ I am having problems activating my voucher/I get a message saying my voucher is invalid or has already been activated?

1. After confirmation, can I change the date and time?

Yes. You are allowed to make changes to the booking details with a minimum advance notice of 48 hours prior to appointment date, with a RM25 penalty after an email confirmation has been sent to you.
Any changes made in less than 48 hours will not be entertained, and the offer will be deemed null & void.

1. What kind of hotels am I entitled to?

The type of accommodation depends on your voucher. Please refer to your voucher for the type of hotels entitled to you.

2. Can I request for a particular hotel?

You may request for a hotel/resort at the additional information column when you are making the booking. Please note however that you are NOT allowed to choose a particular hotel/resort and your request will be strictly subject to availability only and is not guaranteed.

3. Can I make changes after I have made a booking?
-
Yes. You are allowed to make amendments to the name, changes of the date or destination on the booking at the latest 14 days prior to the initial confirmed travelling dates. A penalty of RM100 per room will be imposed for any of the above changes. Any changes made in less than 14 days will not be entertained, and the offer will be deemed null & void.

4. Is breakfast included?

It depends on the hotel/resort and the booking date. You will be advised on this in your Hotel Confirmation Voucher.

5. What are the types of payment options available?

We have offline and online options - You can login to the website and view the payment methods once you have activated the voucher.

6. Are there any charges if I travel during weekends or peak seasons?

Yes Customers can redeem during this period with a surcharge of RM 50 up to RM 200 per night. The surcharge will be advised at the time of booking.
(Note: weekends - Friday and Saturday, weekdays - Sunday to Thursday).

7. I need to make a booking with less than 3 months notice – can I do that?

We will try to meet your request and you may also be required to pay a surcharge. However please note that this request will be strictly subject to availability only and is not guaranteed.

8. I have booked my flight already so I need to book on that particular date only - can I do that?

9. I have activated the holiday voucher – can I get somebody else to go instead?

10. I received two vouchers; can I use both to extend my stay?

You will not be able to extend nights by using another voucher. You are only allowed to make one booking per voucher at any one time.

11. It is written here that I need to pay a booking fee, is this refundable?

No, the booking fee is not refundable.

12. Can I view the type of Hotel you provide?

Yes, you can login to our website at www.rewardsandyou.com www.tron.com.my using your Username (voucher number) and Password (activation code) to view the Hotel/Resort list.

13. I have about 5 vouchers; can I use all the vouchers at one time and bring my friends along?

Group bookings are normally not entertained. However, you may place your request at the 'Additional Information' column where it will be strictly subject to availability and is not guaranteed. You may need to pay a surcharge in order to accommodate this request

14. I want to stay in a particular hotel?

As per our Terms and conditions, specific hotels or resorts cannot be chosen. However, you may place your request at the 'Additional Information' column where you may be required to pay a surcharge. Please note that this request will be strictly subject to availability only and is not guaranteed.
